Cast Iron Care

Take care of your pan & it will last a lifetime.

Wash the pan thoroughly with a wire scrub & soap. Heat the pan again or use a dry cotton cloth to completely remove moisture. Rub a small drop of oil on the pan to coat inside & out. Store & maintain in a completely moisture free rack.
