Bad experience

We have received wrong product that too damaged. Have requested for a refund on Jan 24th over email and WhatsApp. Have not received any response for email. Over whatsapp we got response saying it will be return picked up. Till date no return pickup scheduled. There is no customer care number to call. No acknowledgement for the email. Very bad buying experience. Feels got cheated.
