    Worst experience with the online orders ever made.

    I had ordered a kadai which is worth 1800/- and received a different kadai which is worth 1200/-and that also broken. This happened 3 months back and after multiple reminders these people have not responded to any query. No customer care number only getting some messages in watsapp. How come a company like this can run in this era , I am not sure. I got cheated and and I am requesting everyone not to place any order from this site. It's a fake company.

    Every thing is great in kadai . While using the only
    thing that was missing was a lid.
    A lid that is compatible with tha cast iron kadai should be included or sold separately.
