Return Policy
ACCEPTABLE RETURN REQUESTS Products may be returned if they are damaged when received, if the wrong products were sent to you or if the product is not to your liking at the moment you received the product. TIME Return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. CONDITION OF PRODUCT & PACKAGING The product must be unused and returned exactly how you received it.All the Nutrion branded packaging, boxes, tags other promotional materials must be intact. MISSING ITEM If an item is missing in your order please let us know and we can verify & process it immediately. Should you wish to return a product for this reason, you may do so. REFUND AMOUNT & TIME The full amount of the order minus the shipping charges will be credited back to you in case of return. We are a small, independent business and this measure helps us eliminate the high cost incurred from insincere orders. Refunds will be made to the source of the payment. If ordered by COD refund will be made to an account specified by you. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the day we receive & verify the returned product. EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT If you wish to exchange a product please write to support@nutrion.in with details & we’ll get back to you at the earliest. PART RETURN OF AN ORDER You can partly return an order when you have ordered multiple items. Please write to support@nutrion.in with details. HOW TO PLACE A RETURN REQUEST At the moment you open the packaging if you have received damaged or missing products kindly take pictures of it and mail your request to support@nutrion.in and we will process the request at the earliest and contact you to arrange pick up or request self shipping. WHEN ARE RETURNS NOT ACCEPTABLE? After 7 days of delivery. Damage was caused by mishandling/ misuse. Products are used. Packaging is torn or damaged. Tampering/ missing serial numbers/shipping details. Individual units of a combo cannot be returned/exchanged. Minor colour changes or small imperfections are to be expected as these are natural products, returns based on such details are not encouraged. CANCELLING A RETURN REQUEST Please let us know if you wish to cancel a return request using the WhatsApp message feature on the website. We will try to cancel the process.
